      Pros

      Gets you ready for the world of work and gives you customer service experience. If you’re a very likable person, you can move up pretty fast

      Cons

      Lack of management, managers try too hard to be your friend rather than focus on the job that needs to get done, they will rather talk to others about how an employee isn’t doing a good job instead of training the employee to be better. Very much like a high school environment.

      Employee will get good snacks

      Cons

      1.Poor BT leadership management - Toxic environment ,IT leadership members lacking key skills ( technical and leadership) 2.Employees demotivated or moral impacted on frequent leadership and internal changes 3. Business not value IT resources and work as team 4.HR needs to act independently without IT leadership influence while taking any kind of decisions 5. No work life balance 6. No motivation for hard working employees 7. No employee orientation or inclusion approach .
