Pros
I've never worked at a company I enjoyed more. Excellent people and managers. Great work life balance. Great benefits and pay. Employees are treated with respect. Generally, people are happy. They encourage people to move around in roles for development purposes. If I lived in the area still, I would strongly consider going back. It was my first job out of college - I wish I knew/appreciated what a great company I was working for at the time! 5 stars. This is a little controversial, but some D&I initiatives make it difficult for Christians to know how to fit in the culture as some pushes conflict with their beliefs. But I do really love that the company cares about people which fits perfectly with Christianity, and encourages people to drop hostility.
