      Pros

      I appreciated being scheduled to work at my preferred times of day, and that I was able to work nearly 40 hours per week. The company culture was supportive overall.

      Cons

      Certain managers had volatile tempers and did not clearly communicate expectations, resulting in frequent negative interactions. Also, various managers had differing employee expectations, which was frustrating. The company could have improved upon training and guiding employee performance. I also felt underpaid for my level of experience.

      Employee will get good snacks

      Cons

      1.Poor BT leadership management - Toxic environment ,IT leadership members lacking key skills ( technical and leadership) 2.Employees demotivated or moral impacted on frequent leadership and internal changes 3. Business not value IT resources and work as team 4.HR needs to act independently without IT leadership influence while taking any kind of decisions 5. No work life balance 6. No motivation for hard working employees 7. No employee orientation or inclusion approach .
