Pros

The team that you work with. From the bussers, to the bartenders, the waitresses to the barbacks, and the security guards with the leads. It is a well-oiled machine at LIV Miami. People do not realize how much work has to go on behind the scenes to make it all work, and those people are incredible. Family and team environment with those workers. Music is always playing.

Cons

Hours are overnight. Big differences in pay. Some jobs don't have security or benefits. Nightclub atmosphere with lights, smoke, lasers, confetti and loud music - some people can't handle that.

Pros

The events and activations are genuinely exciting, working with high profile brands and being part of notable moments in Miami’s hospitality scene is a cool experience you won’t find everywhere.

Cons

Unfortunately the cons far outweigh the pros. There is no formal onboarding, no structure, and no clear path for growth, which explains why talented people consistently don’t last. Communication from leadership is poor and information is regularly withheld from the team, which directly impacts the quality of work. Leadership style is unpredictable and at times disrespectful, comments are made that are simply not appropriate for a professional environment and team members are often undermined. There is a desire to push for change but without the follow through or resources to actually support it. The team itself is incredibly talented but unfortunately the environment makes it nearly impossible to thrive. High turnover is not a coincidence here, it is a symptom of deeper leadership and structural issues that need to be addressed. Very political company
