Pros

Reap what you sow! Pay & benefits are good but you need to earn it! Come in when you want, leave when you want, the RESULTS are what matters. Because of that, a lot of employees come in early and leave late because they WANT to, not because they have to. I've been working here for a few months, and everyone who's been here long term loves their job and has earned their spot through consistent hard work and being a part of the team. Co-workers are very friendly, open, and welcoming. During my first month a lot of coworkers, even from other departments took me out to lunch to get to know me outside of just my position in the company. This is the kind of environment that you feel good being in. I look forward to coming to work, and I only leave because I have other things to go do, not because I'm counting the seconds at the end of the day to leave.

Cons

Not fit for those that don't have the initiative to make themselves work. There's no micromanagement here, so if you fall behind, it's on you!

Pros

My favorite thing about Groove is the people! The owner cares about the employee and he makes every effort to show that.

Cons

Instead of accruing paid time off, just have time from the get go.

Pros

Pros: Great place to gain field experience and build your career. Employees also receive $250 in Motivosity bucks for customer 5-star reviews that mention them by name.

Cons

Cons: Technician concerns are brushed off, overtime issues are common, and finishing work early doesn’t mean you can leave without CFO approval. Leadership joked in company meetings about sending underperforming sales staff to work as technicians, and AI-edited photos of technicians dressed as women were shared and mocked publicly in Slack and quarterly meetings.
