Pros

Company cares about creating a good environment. You are allowed to make mistakes and management will work to help you get better. There is actual training and time investment in the employees. Company is in a big growth period so even starting at the bottom, you can move into exciting roles. Most management are hires from within. They emphasize hiring internally first. Pay is adequate. At every job everyone always wants more but I feel like these guys are above average and that's a big win. Plenty of benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, Life are available. Free snacks and coffee. Biggest benefit is the the culture. lots of activities and events to help you reach life goals, be a better person and have loads of fun while everyone works hard.

Cons

The company is transitioning out of the startup business style. That means that a lot of the processes are still archaic and haphazard. Programs are coming into place all the time to automate processes which is great but there are still growing pains.

Pros

My favorite thing about Groove is the people! The owner cares about the employee and he makes every effort to show that.

Cons

Instead of accruing paid time off, just have time from the get go.

Pros

Pros: Great place to gain field experience and build your career. Employees also receive $250 in Motivosity bucks for customer 5-star reviews that mention them by name.

Cons

Cons: Technician concerns are brushed off, overtime issues are common, and finishing work early doesn’t mean you can leave without CFO approval. Leadership joked in company meetings about sending underperforming sales staff to work as technicians, and AI-edited photos of technicians dressed as women were shared and mocked publicly in Slack and quarterly meetings.
