Pros
Grow's work environment was pretty easy going and relaxed, they were okay with you not being at your desk (working on the couches, a booth, etc) so long as you took care of your customers or completed your projects. The building their in is nice and new and they always had a fully stocked kitchen and Coke Freestyle Machine. The CS team did lots of fun team building activities that helped to relieve the stress of dealing with upset customers.
Cons
The product never really worked like it was supposed to, and with every update it felt like you took one step forward and then quickly five steps back. Feedback from customers and the CS team were constantly ignored until it was too late leaving the customer in a bad place and the CS team to deal with the blow back. Issues with the product plagued customers and Grow alike causing you to create your own work around's to try and resolve issues and save customers from leaving. Senior management, and some lower level managers, preached about being transparent but would constantly evade questions or attempt to give answers that had nothing to do with the question just to appease the employee. There were several situations in which other managers would talk about other managers and their employees causing mistrust and hard feelings. This caused me to lose a lot of respect for several co-workers at Grow and I didn't feel like I could be honest or trust them afterwards.
