Pros
Decent people. laid back atmosphere, when not being pressured to do your job to make a deadline. a few nice perks. some independence and overall a casual work environment. easy to park, good office location.
Cons
Very low pay, unless you're in sales or are an Ops Manager, in comparison to how well the company does. long hours and heavy workload in conjunction to the low pay. staff is expected to do/take responsibility for everything, while not getting paid enough to justify it. environment is geared toward men. a lot of office relationships, gossip, etc. don't bother offering suggestions for improving things, you'll just get fired. distant/intimidating relationships with management who is uninterested in investing in its own people.
