Unfair Practices/Nepotism - Anonymous employee Guardant Health Employee Review

-Managers and Supervisors play favorites and do not promote based on performance. -Too much work is assigned to complete in the time given. People work themselves sick and are afraid to call in sick because the work stacks and so you never get to recover physically or mentally. -Little to no encouragement or support is provided and the same people are always recognized even though their contribution is less than others. -No oversight by the higher up people. -The annual surveys are not discussed at all, no changes implemented. -At least 6 people on our team are looking for new jobs because of the current climate. -Work/Life balance has eroded.
