Unless you are in bioinformatics, your work won’t be praised! Yep, BI is the Star Team! Very difficult to get title change, let alone a raise.management reorg all the time, and can be micromanaging. They have “FistBump” recognitions, which are a SCAM! Everyone deserves a fist bump, yet again I keep seeing the same people rotating up there.
