- Good perks, facility, great mission, focussed, driven
Cons
- Bad work environment - No work life balance - No growth in the company. For any gap in the company, the solution is either to bring in expensive inexperienced consultants or senior management from outside - The employee turn over is very high in the last few months. HR department is non existent, they only focus on hiring but no focus on retention
