Increasingly getting more political. Very obvious favorism. It's all boiled down to who is good at pleasing your managers, directors, and the VPs. If you are good at it, you last, you get promoted. If not, you are out. This shameful practice is normalized in GH. It is reinforced during their reorganizations and layoffs. There are some very talented individuals at higher positions, so this is not for all. However there are some very obviously incompetent ones that influence the whole management culture.
