Pros
The educational opportunities are offered on all levels in abundance. The COO and CEO are accessible and willing to help and support every staff member. I never feel alone. This company focuses on innovation for every aspect of the business. They pull from the strengths of their team members for process improvement and offer education and support to work on the teams weaknesses. The management believes in a work life balance and is results based. I will stay with GAH as long as they will have me.
Cons
This is a small company so the benefits are not the greatest. When you work for a small company you sometimes make a trade. I have experience with a large company and I prefer feeling supported and valued over good benefits.
