Great coworkers Good nurses that help

Cons

Resident neglect and nothing is done about it Forced to work despite not being able to Working more than 16 hrs and having to come back 8 hours later No support from admins Upper management won’t listen to caregivers about problems in the company

-Family owned and operated, still owned by same family that built it. -Owners are present throughout the campuses to support their employees

Cons

-Benefits are not the best (strictly medical) -No retirement options
