Pros

Hard to say; company used to "do the right thing" by their employees. Now it seems as if that only applies to their clients. Decent benefits, starting to implement a more flexible work from home environment.

Cons

Company run like a typical corporation now. Upper management/executive team doesn't understand the actual difficulties and realities employees at client-facing level deal with. "Boys club" mentality. Compensation differs between genders within the same role. Expected to succeed with little support from home office. Overall morale is struggling; employees feel that their voices aren't being heard and/or don't matter. Need a huge change at upper management level to salvage the atmosphere and prevent employees from leaving.

Pros

Flexibility, excellent work life balance, casual environment, easy to use PTO. Benefits: health, dental, STD/ACC, vision, 401k are excellent

Cons

Pay is much below the standard for the position, raises and bonuses are minimal and hardly reflect the effort that is required to maintain positive metrics/meet goals. Case managers' responsibility is at a max and we often feel overwhelmed by the workload and expectations of management. Case managers are often responsible for tasks outside of the important things that have an effect of the claim
