      Pros

      Enjoyed co-workers very dedicated and got along well with them.

      Cons

      Company is changing quickly and there is a serious disconnect from Executive and Senior management to the department management and staff. Communications are horrible and Senior Management very tribal. Either you are in among a select group or you out.

      Decent flexibility for hybrid model.

      Cons

      Strong push for AI to be used everywhere in the company, but there is no understanding of the consequences. Lip service for modernization while broken processes are simply ignored for unproven 'innovation' with technology. Discussions through the grapevine to significantly cut headcount. Poor workplace culture.
