Pros

Remote work once a week.

Cons

- Managers strike off your name from presentations and present it as their own - Extremely political environment - Employees running their private consulting businesses off their company laptops - H1B employees promoted for lower salaries over American workers - Management makes decisions without considering employees. Moved everyone from NYC to Holmdel and there is not even a cafeteria in Holmdel. - Expect you to work extremely long hours and never recognize the work you put in - No respect for women although run by a woman CEO - Expect you to work out of various offices in the North East without paying any expenses - Zero Work Life Balance

Pros

Flexibility, excellent work life balance, casual environment, easy to use PTO. Benefits: health, dental, STD/ACC, vision, 401k are excellent

Cons

Pay is much below the standard for the position, raises and bonuses are minimal and hardly reflect the effort that is required to maintain positive metrics/meet goals. Case managers' responsibility is at a max and we often feel overwhelmed by the workload and expectations of management. Case managers are often responsible for tasks outside of the important things that have an effect of the claim
