Controlling, dictators that say they are going agile but have no ability to let teams or people self-organize. Expected to work around the clock to produce endless status reports, decks, and spreadsheets for all different groups and leaders that in the end of the day provide no value besides satisfying self-serving needs of individuals in the need to control their domain and have the loudest voice or say.
