      Pension Plan (No Longer Offered) Great Subject Matter Experts (Dwindling) New workspaces.

      Cons

      Senior Managers are bullies; they are completely disconnected from their teams. Constant misdirection. They don't believe nor practice the corporate values, and C-Level suite protects them all. Shame on you Guardian

      Decent flexibility for hybrid model.

      Cons

      Strong push for AI to be used everywhere in the company, but there is no understanding of the consequences. Lip service for modernization while broken processes are simply ignored for unproven 'innovation' with technology. Discussions through the grapevine to significantly cut headcount. Poor workplace culture.
