Pros

Most managers tend not to micromanage and allow employees to work fairly autonomously. WFH ability. Good vacation time. Stable company and secure employment.

Cons

Health insurance is high deductible that covers nothing until several thousands of dollars are paid out of pocket. Lack of communication between managers and employees specifically regarding job expectations, changes of protocols, changes in company structures and inability for upper management to listen to employees regarding employee opinions on the ways things are done.

Pros

Flexibility, excellent work life balance, casual environment, easy to use PTO. Benefits: health, dental, STD/ACC, vision, 401k are excellent

Cons

Pay is much below the standard for the position, raises and bonuses are minimal and hardly reflect the effort that is required to maintain positive metrics/meet goals. Case managers' responsibility is at a max and we often feel overwhelmed by the workload and expectations of management. Case managers are often responsible for tasks outside of the important things that have an effect of the claim
