Management is friendly and considerate, comfortable working environment in a standard cubicle/office environment. Temps often have advancement opportunities once they have been in their position for a year.
Cons
Work could be described as dull, and there is resistance to change. No one in IT seems to know all parts of the system, so it is nearly impossible to get anything fixed without them bouncing you between several different sub-departments.
