Pros

None, worst India management to work for, people in senior leadership are all about saving their back

Cons

Its one of the worst company which has two leadership roll up one in India and One in US, India management has no control over anything however they keep pushing their employees to pull job from US management which is worst, they dont want to work together with US but want to pull all kind of development jobs, projects, support etc to India from US, and for this management will not go and talk to US but push the poor frontline workers and throw them under the bus if anything goes wrong. If US team Audits India offices they will find many discrepancies. Fire all India Management and have all reporting rolled up directly to US management else you will loose your control and jobs. No wonder why there is high attrition rate in India

Pros

Flexibility, excellent work life balance, casual environment, easy to use PTO. Benefits: health, dental, STD/ACC, vision, 401k are excellent

Cons

Pay is much below the standard for the position, raises and bonuses are minimal and hardly reflect the effort that is required to maintain positive metrics/meet goals. Case managers' responsibility is at a max and we often feel overwhelmed by the workload and expectations of management. Case managers are often responsible for tasks outside of the important things that have an effect of the claim
