Pros

There are some great people who work at Guardian.

Cons

Senior leadership seems to know what they are doing - but they aren’t seeing how others are impacted. Nepotism is really a problem. Directs to senior leadership hire their friends (even if they don’t know what they are doing). It’s impossible to navigate since you’re counting on people to manage their friends. These same people continue to hire more friends deepening the problems. Instead of adding layers and firing competent strong marketers - take an honest look at what’s going on. There is constant talk about integrated campaigns and well-being, but employee morale and the ability to do things easily are both taking a hit. Serious changes need to be made to give this organization a shot at rebounding. Until then, don’t trust the story of happily ever after and avoid working for the marketing team until something changes.

Pros

Flexibility, excellent work life balance, casual environment, easy to use PTO. Benefits: health, dental, STD/ACC, vision, 401k are excellent

Cons

Pay is much below the standard for the position, raises and bonuses are minimal and hardly reflect the effort that is required to maintain positive metrics/meet goals. Case managers' responsibility is at a max and we often feel overwhelmed by the workload and expectations of management. Case managers are often responsible for tasks outside of the important things that have an effect of the claim
