Pros

The people are great to work with, and many struggle now with the new landscape.

Cons

A company that used to have a strong culture and work ethic, following the mantra of "People Count", applied to customers and colleagues equally; where previous leadership truly led by example, is now a company run by a team of very self-focused, hierarchical-minded individuals - a stark contrast to the organizational pillars. An environment that used to believe in the lifting up of others, has become one where those who wish to advance need only emulate the negative behaviors of top leadership. This new mindset has drastically impacted the organization and created an unhealthy, unstable, and stressful place of business.

Pros

Flexibility, excellent work life balance, casual environment, easy to use PTO. Benefits: health, dental, STD/ACC, vision, 401k are excellent

Cons

Pay is much below the standard for the position, raises and bonuses are minimal and hardly reflect the effort that is required to maintain positive metrics/meet goals. Case managers' responsibility is at a max and we often feel overwhelmed by the workload and expectations of management. Case managers are often responsible for tasks outside of the important things that have an effect of the claim
