Pros

-Good compensation/benefits package -Casual dress code, -Training in non job specific skills (software, languages) -Excellent onsite cafeteria. -Close to major freeways. -Knowledgeable and responsive IT staff. -Attempts on paper to foster a positive and cohesive employment atmosphere/structure. -Diverse workforce at all levels

Cons

-Departments too segmented: Attempts at cohesion listed in "Pros" above fail miserably because nobody in any individual department has any clue what the other departments do. This resulted in burrowing-in and "not my job" mentality in many departments. -Conversely, other departments had a high turnover ratio, so it was difficult to know who to ask about certain subjects, because the person you spoke to about things in the past might no longer be with the company. -Top-down management style where onus is on those below to produce, yet there is no structure in place to address issues with superiors. -The "accountability" principle is touted by the current executive management, but only lower level employees were held to account or expected to analyze their own performance. (at least to all appearances) -Diversity cited in Pros, did not apply to disability. In fact the company seemed clueless about what the laws regarding disabilities were, or who should be in charge of compliance regarding them - entrusting the legal compliance with state and local disability laws entirely to the Benefits department. -Terrible surrounding neighborhood - not at all a comfortable drive to or from the work campus in the dark.

Pros

Great building, professional people, great offices.

Cons

Must be on time; it is very strict. Click girls' high school environment: if you are new, no one cares for you to guide you. They dump their work onto you, and since you are new, there is nothing one can say. Mid-level managers act as if they own the place. If you want to work there, make sure to be prepared to be alone for a long time; no real sense of team, just a worker environment clocking in to get in and out. No real training just swim or drown approach.
