Pros

40% Discount on the entire Guess family stores, discounts on sale items as well as online and children wear as well Work in an internationally recognized lead trend-setting environment Must dress Sexy/Sophisticated each shift and maintain an endearing yet very upbeat persona

Cons

Considering this is the Accessory store - very high sales quota, expected to constantly exceed Employees are replaceable Very FEW hours given Employees can be "blacklisted" - if you have a few shifts with consistently lower than budget sales or any disagreements or altercations with "favorite" employees (ones who bring high revenue) or the management team you will be put on an only on-call schedule but never be asked to come in Employees are expected to achieve a high amount with little appreciation Lack of training for such a competitive sales company Not commission based, few incentives

Pros

Great building, professional people, great offices.

Cons

Must be on time; it is very strict. Click girls' high school environment: if you are new, no one cares for you to guide you. They dump their work onto you, and since you are new, there is nothing one can say. Mid-level managers act as if they own the place. If you want to work there, make sure to be prepared to be alone for a long time; no real sense of team, just a worker environment clocking in to get in and out. No real training just swim or drown approach.
