Pros

40% discount, great pay for management.

Cons

Be very careful what you are promised by your upper management. I was promised many things but non of them ever came true. I have told many people in retail industry my experience with Guess? and they have all been shocked at how bad I've been treated by this company. I feel like I was used by Guess? when they needed me. I was told by upper management what I wanted to hear even though none of it was true. There was no work-life balance being a manager at Guess?. Health insurance is not that great. There was no recognition for good performance. And more important then anything else you are treated as an employee number and not as a person that can make a difference in a company. This company does not care if you get a lunch or a 15 minute break even though its the law. Because of trying to save on payroll I was not able to take a break or leave the store for lunch on many occasions, this seems to be part of the company culture.

Pros

Great building, professional people, great offices.

Cons

Must be on time; it is very strict. Click girls' high school environment: if you are new, no one cares for you to guide you. They dump their work onto you, and since you are new, there is nothing one can say. Mid-level managers act as if they own the place. If you want to work there, make sure to be prepared to be alone for a long time; no real sense of team, just a worker environment clocking in to get in and out. No real training just swim or drown approach.
