Pros

-Free gym -free parking -discounted onsite clothing store

Cons

-Poor benefits (healthcare deducts from pay, 401k plan barely gets any matching) -Little to no perks (no free snacks or food, no free coffee, no good food within walking distance of its sketchy neighborhood) -Pay is not very competitive nor negotiable -Little room for upward mobility -Nonexistant work life balance depending on your department -Taking PTO is highly discouraged and frowned upon (old-school mentality where sitting there twiddling with your thumbs makes you look better as an employee than actually being productive and managing your time/work-life balance well. The concept of working from home doesn't exist in their knowledge base) -Everyone is scared out of their mind when around Paul the founder, creating a very fake and toxic environment where you can get thrown under the bus for making a mistake. Your managers will not stand up for you because they don't want to lose their jobs doing so.

Pros

Great building, professional people, great offices.

Cons

Must be on time; it is very strict. Click girls' high school environment: if you are new, no one cares for you to guide you. They dump their work onto you, and since you are new, there is nothing one can say. Mid-level managers act as if they own the place. If you want to work there, make sure to be prepared to be alone for a long time; no real sense of team, just a worker environment clocking in to get in and out. No real training just swim or drown approach.
