Pros

The discount. 40% off everything without a spending limit. 50% off once every 2 months.

Cons

They don't teach you any true product knowledge. They're supposed to specialize in denim, but I had to ask 5 times for someone to explain to me about the product so i can relay the information to customers. ( the divisional manager, the regional manager, and the merchandiser all said that the jeans came from different countries- 1 said Us, 1 said italy, 1 said japan) They expect you to do an insane amount of work. be prepared to devote much of your off time to your job as well if you want to perform well at all. They do not teach you any selling techniques, so if its not naturally your strong suit, forget it they accept no excuses and I have had the store manager and district manager yell at me. I'm not the only one. There's just a lot of yelling going on in the company- it is due to the extreme pressure each level of management is placed under to make sales targets.

Pros

Great building, professional people, great offices.

Cons

Must be on time; it is very strict. Click girls' high school environment: if you are new, no one cares for you to guide you. They dump their work onto you, and since you are new, there is nothing one can say. Mid-level managers act as if they own the place. If you want to work there, make sure to be prepared to be alone for a long time; no real sense of team, just a worker environment clocking in to get in and out. No real training just swim or drown approach.
