Pros

The only thing Guess? Inc. has that could be considered pros are the onsite gym if you have time to go, the cafe if you don't mind blindly paying for somewhat good food, and their discount programs they have again if you can get the time off to use them.

Cons

Here it is folks all the rumors you have heard about the cameras and the being on time are true. They also have a dress code, probably because they don't want to see what quality clothes look like. They rush everything and will have one person pull the weight of 3-4 people. You are always on edge because you know you are going to get fired, unless you have a good relationship with the family that runs the company. They have a million rules that are impossible to follow if you want to get your work done. If you are on the bottom of the totem pole everything gets blamed on you. I have never in my life experienced such a toxic work environment. But hey it shows in their product and in their sales. The organization is well, not there. As for support, you better hope you make some friends cuz you ain't gonna get it from your manager. I don't really understand why everyone on here is bragging about the discount. 40% is a joke, my motto 40% off piece a junk is still a piece of junk. The pay is horrible compared to the hours, this includes weekends, you are expected to work and stress and abuse you will endure.Everyone says Guess? is a resume booster, I say don't even take their phone calls, they will lie to you and misrepresent themselves. There is a reason they have to recruit all their employees, no one wants to work there.

Pros

Great building, professional people, great offices.

Cons

Must be on time; it is very strict. Click girls' high school environment: if you are new, no one cares for you to guide you. They dump their work onto you, and since you are new, there is nothing one can say. Mid-level managers act as if they own the place. If you want to work there, make sure to be prepared to be alone for a long time; no real sense of team, just a worker environment clocking in to get in and out. No real training just swim or drown approach.
