Extremely toxic Cattiness and gossip Politics They don't treat you like a human Completely disorganized Unrealistic work expectations, Paul thinks the employees should work Saturdays... Zero trust, can't have a sick day without your entire department judging you Paul screaming at you for laughing, walking too slowly, being late Sexual harassment.... This is the worst place I've ever worked. The culture and environment is toxic. Everyone has Stockholm syndrome and thinks this way of working is ok when the reality is there are so many other companies out there that give you work life balance and flexibility. You don't have to be miserable and cutthroat to move forward in your career. I honestly can't believe people still work here. Not to mention the product is garbage?? You couldn't pay me to go back to this place.
