great if you want to coast. forget about upward mobility unless you're among the select few
Cons
top management focuses on the amount of employees going to the cafeteria instead of important issues like employee dissatisfaction and job performance. no incentives to do good work because it's not appreciated. forget about being promoted from within. the only time that happens is if they can't find someone from the outside and it's only a title promotion, not incentive based. prepare for more work without any training and then they wonder why issues and errors arise.
