Pros

The benefits are generous and working on the campus is convenient.

Cons

There is some serious brainwashing going on here. It’s one of those companies where you’re told everyone is “family” and office events and perks are used to cover up how corrupt the upper management is. The diversity seems great and they’ll sell you on the fact that there are women in leadership positions (it’s only white women holding the executive positions anyway). Room for growth is also limited and there’s a lot of nepotism at play. Salaries are the bare minimum (you could make a lot more doing the same job at a different company) and raises are difficult to come by. The product itself is not well made and is overpriced. Even with an employee discount, it’s not worth shopping the brand. It’s clear the motive for the clothes is to make people look “sexy” in an antiquated way that no one under a certain age will care for. If fashion is your interest, there are lots of companies out there making bigger strides in style and sustainability that would be far more fulfilling to work at. Most importantly, this can be an unsafe place to work as the founder is way too comfortable overstepping basic workplace boundaries and touching his employees/models inappropriately. No one calls him out or stops it. In fact, it’s so normalized that you’ll feel crazy for saying anything. I would recommend doing a quick google search and familiarizing yourself with some of the allegations out there so you can make an informed moral decision about whether you want to work in this environment.

Pros

Great building, professional people, great offices.

Cons

Must be on time; it is very strict. Click girls' high school environment: if you are new, no one cares for you to guide you. They dump their work onto you, and since you are new, there is nothing one can say. Mid-level managers act as if they own the place. If you want to work there, make sure to be prepared to be alone for a long time; no real sense of team, just a worker environment clocking in to get in and out. No real training just swim or drown approach.
