      Pros

      Working here as a full-time amployee you get great benefits, good employee discount, and better pay then most other retail stores.

      Cons

      Working with the management, is like being back in high school. It gets very cliqy, and there is a lot of fraternization among employees/managers. Associates are given hours based off of how well the store manager gets along with them, instead of how well they can sell a product. If your doing something well, it doens't get recognized unless your the managers' "buddy."

      Great building, professional people, great offices.

      Cons

      Must be on time; it is very strict. Click girls' high school environment: if you are new, no one cares for you to guide you. They dump their work onto you, and since you are new, there is nothing one can say. Mid-level managers act as if they own the place. If you want to work there, make sure to be prepared to be alone for a long time; no real sense of team, just a worker environment clocking in to get in and out. No real training just swim or drown approach.
