-At times unprofessional
-Work is boring and extremely monotonous after the first month. Anyone could do this job with a bit of training.
-One does not gain hard skills that can be used in other industries. If you want to transition later in your career, your best chances are in the HR field. Otherwise, expect starting in a junior position in any other field. I wouldn't recommend staying here too long if you are serious about learning and developing your career.
-Low pay. Unless you become a Research/ Project Manager, Team Lead, or work in the non-operations team, expect low pay. In other words, the „Associate“ position is the worst at Guidepoint.
-Too much emphasis on numbers and results rather than on employee motivation and work attitude
-Not enough learning opportunities, other than the initial on-boarding process during the first week
-Rules are made when it best suits management, then changed when it suits them again. If you refer a colleague and they get hired, make sure you get everything in writing, otherwise you will be denied your compensation.
