      Flexibility. Salary is fine if you hit the target.

      Cons

      0 transparency. Unfair promotion. Toxic environment. Lack of leadership. No career path. That CRAZY one is back, making everyone uncomfortable. The talented and nice people left already. Please avoid this company!
