Pros

- Young and chill work environment! I made good friends with others right out of college. - Entry level pay is good for relatively low stress work - My team/management are particularly great people who have been super supportive and clearly work to protect us from harsher oversight above. I have heard varying reviews of other teams' management

Cons

- Generally unfulfilling work. Which is fine if you're just here to clock in and out but wears you down over time - Promises of upward mobility are somewhat luck based and largely dependent on people above you leaving the company. Which does happen a lot, but that's not really a good thing and not guaranteed - Not sure I've gained much in terms of solid marketable skills - As mentioned above, lots of turnover at all levels. Eventually if you are not doing well as an associate, they may threaten you to get numbers up - or else! Even as these results are so often luck based as well - Lots of technology problems especially with our proprietary software

Pros

the only pros are the salary and two hybrid days

Cons

Do not take a job with Guidepoint, even if you were a strong student in college and consider yourself a hard worker. The project managers are fine, but the team leads are awful. You won’t learn any tangible skills; the work largely consists of reaching out to people on LinkedIn for hours on end. On top of that, they will let people go very easily. Stay away from this company.
