Pros
Flexible schedule and laid back attitude for entry level employees. Fairly flexible with time off requests and good discounts. Fairly quick promotion of tour are even semi competent
Cons
The upper management don’t care about what you do for the company. They only care if you are a mindless lackey. Don’t express you opinion, don’t question their decisions, never stand up for or side with the Customer. They will take someone who follows a script and makes less money then someone who has the ability to adapt in a sales environment and make more money. The management doesn’t like it when you have better ideas than they do and would prefer to tell the customer what they ant instead of listening to the customer.
