Pros

The starting position of salesman is a good job for anyone under 21 or so. Any older than that and you're gonna start looking elsewhere because there's really nowhere to get promoted to, unless you're a great salesman and know how to work the system.

Cons

Bad pay in entry level positions. If you're any good at sales, look elsewhere like a car dealership or something. The few options for promotion are a joke. Department Manager and Assistant Manager just mean you're going to get stuck with twice the work for pittance more. I'm one of the fortunate few who found a support position off the sales floor, and I wouldn't go back to the floor if they paid me double. Oh, the health plan is garbage. People say things like "If you're not motivated, you won't succeed here" I'll bite - you'd have to have the patience and discipline of a Shaolin monk to not get demotivated here, all the while making $10/hr, if you're lucky.

Pros

Sweet deals and discounts Coworkers are very pleasant to work with Good as extra income Good for aspiring musicians to network with experts of the industry

Cons

Obsolete softwares Scheduling system software that is thenmost imperative tool as of it will be the backbone of a lesson lead for your team of instructors success it's also somewhat obsolete amd constantly crashing both IT and Upper management are aware. IT is very diligent and pleasant to work with but Upper management expects their lessons lead to work and deliver at 100% capacity while they continue to have an operating system that only works at 75% capacity, just beware of that and if you're willing to work under those conditions. With that put there go at your own discretion. Nobody gets Christmas/winter holiday vacation time off, also go at your own discretion on that one especially if you have kids and family looking for work-life-balance.
