Pros

I like some of the people I work with, flexible scheduling because nobody really cares, there's supposed to be a dress code but you can pretty much wear whatever and DISCOUNTS.

Cons

Where to start? The company is incredibly inefficient and it always feels like a competition when dealing with other stores or our online sales associates. The pay structure is pretty abysmal and the amount of grief you're going to be given every single day from customers with cadillac taste and a civic budget or those that just think you don't know anything isn't worth the hassle. It's a job that does require specialized knowledge of gear, but no one wants to pay you for that knowledge. I'd recommend taking your resume to your most local grocery store and giving it to them. I guarantee they'll pay you more and you don't have to deal with the people trying to cut your throat.

Pros

Sweet deals and discounts Coworkers are very pleasant to work with Good as extra income Good for aspiring musicians to network with experts of the industry

Cons

Obsolete softwares Scheduling system software that is thenmost imperative tool as of it will be the backbone of a lesson lead for your team of instructors success it's also somewhat obsolete amd constantly crashing both IT and Upper management are aware. IT is very diligent and pleasant to work with but Upper management expects their lessons lead to work and deliver at 100% capacity while they continue to have an operating system that only works at 75% capacity, just beware of that and if you're willing to work under those conditions. With that put there go at your own discretion. Nobody gets Christmas/winter holiday vacation time off, also go at your own discretion on that one especially if you have kids and family looking for work-life-balance.
