Pros

Not many branches. Corprate is in a different state.

Cons

Corprate takes care of corprate only. Not a very friendly comfortable work environment. Would say commission plan is a joke but never really understood it anyway. Anyone at the branch level is treated like a pawn, and is as expendable as toilet paper. Don’t have the buying power of the other stores. Corprate protects their own and the employee turnover rate is almost laughable. 4 branch managers in four years at one location and the sales staff has probably been turned over as many times in as many years. Can’t or won’t partner with big manufacturers to have a greater market share. GE is pretty inept compared to other disturbing competitors.

Currently selling so much my market center cant keep up.
