-Rewarding working with the children. -Great coworkers -Fun work environment -Supportive supervisors

Cons

-Under payed -Dealing with aggressive behaviors, emotionally draining at times -Do not get 40 hours/week -5 PTO days, only 3 sick days for the entire year even though you're working closely with children. -Operations is out of touch with actual clinic happenings and dynamic.

Unwelcoming environment Supervisors discuss drama with staff Attendance policy creates horrible work life balance. Have to take off months in advance to get approved.
