The company's diversification of its customer base across the globe as well as a large backlog means any recession should have little to no effect on Gulfstream Engineering. Old-school politics as to be expected in a vintage aerospace company, but plenty of exposure to senior management if you are personable and perform well. No one confined to their department; flexible work shifts (standard four tens for most) plus available overtime. Great exposure to aerospace supplier companies. Strong commitment to safety. Many other great aerospace corporations recruit out of Gulfstream Engineering with very attractive offers. Great opportunities here.
