Pros

Fantastic opportunity for job growth and advancement. Frontrunner in their industry so new projects and positions are always being developed. Lean six sigma manufacturing philosophies are highly utilized. 4-10 work weeks are in place in many areas of the company so no work most Fridays.

Cons

Some projects require extremely long hours and huge time commitments. May be required to cycle night shits for a couple days each month. Savannah may also be pretty unexciting for many people not used to smaller Southern cities.

Pros

-Work in an air conditioned hangar! -All the tools and support needed to do the job -Excellent training available -Good safety culture -Fairly easy work -Lots of opportunities to grow

Cons

Big corporate politics at times. Some people just love to point fingers. Rules that are very excessive due to incompetence, instead of just firing morons.

Pros

Gulfstream is a good company, I would come back to it. Can be a fantastic work life balance. PTO and benefits are decent. Can be an excellent career builder if you have connections and play your cards right. They can pay for your masters. Self-starters are rewarded and recognized,

Cons

-Ultimately, your experience heavily depends on your specific group—and some can be incredibly profane and toxic. If you are trying to implement an improvement but it doesn't agree with leadership, you can be harassed. -You might find yourself fourth in a long line for a position that only opens once a year; many jobs already have a person picked before they are ever posted. This isn't new information.
