Pros

Excellent benefits and a great place to meet new people if you're new to Savannah, otherwise I can't think of many other pros based on my experience.

Cons

No apparent strategy from Leadership, just do more, do it faster and sell more planes. Majority of management prefers you just "check the box" instead of making an effort to change/improve. This company is the definition of the good ole boy network with a very clear glass ceiling for women and minorities. Unless you have relatives in high places, don't plan on finding much opportunity for advancement. Pay is mediocre, salaried employees still essentially clock in and out, work is mundane for most positions and very few managers seem to give 2 cents about their employees.

Pros

-Work in an air conditioned hangar! -All the tools and support needed to do the job -Excellent training available -Good safety culture -Fairly easy work -Lots of opportunities to grow

Cons

Big corporate politics at times. Some people just love to point fingers. Rules that are very excessive due to incompetence, instead of just firing morons.

Pros

Gulfstream is a good company, I would come back to it. Can be a fantastic work life balance. PTO and benefits are decent. Can be an excellent career builder if you have connections and play your cards right. They can pay for your masters. Self-starters are rewarded and recognized,

Cons

-Ultimately, your experience heavily depends on your specific group—and some can be incredibly profane and toxic. If you are trying to implement an improvement but it doesn't agree with leadership, you can be harassed. -You might find yourself fourth in a long line for a position that only opens once a year; many jobs already have a person picked before they are ever posted. This isn't new information.
