Conservative Operation - Anonymous employee Gundersen Health System Employee Review

This company provides a good healthcare service to its patients. However if you are an employee in a role other than provider or nurse, they leave a lot to be desired. Management is overworked and underpaid and it filters down. A conservative oriented company whose employees would benefit greatly and in many ways from increased government regulations. Board of directors and many providers who control much of the business are ultra conservative which I believe hurts all of those underneath them.
