Pros

Product has great potential. Best in the market, with very strong industry accolades. Bright stars work hard to make things look great. CEO is charismatic, and well-liked by customers.

Cons

No sales or engineering management. No direction for the company. All "sell, sell, sell", and no real improvement to the product or the procedures. Playing favorites with sales personnel, and lack of communication to remote sales people causing unhappy employees.

Super smart, technical, hardworking, friendly, and humble team crazy about customer success. This is our second family and I can personally vouch that all bad reviews here are from bad performing employees. No one has better technology stack and faster product engineering team.
