As a family-owned business, we strive to ensure that our employees have a positive work ethic and live our values. Regarding your concerns with upper management and communication, we are sorry you felt that way while on our team. The owners are still very much engaged with the company, although some employees may not see that on a daily basis with our large geographical footprint. As an example, they lead frequent communications on the pandemic and the state of the company through videos, virtual all-employee meetings, emails and website content.
