The coworkers are great, the office is really nice, they do a good job facilitating a good culture. Management is positive and motivating.

The communication between customer success and support could be a lot better. The support team would often struggle getting done what they needed to do, which made it hard to do my job.

generally helpful people plenty ai resources good if you are happy feeling accomplishment from anything other than solving core engineering problems; happy working on small size, low risk/fast delivery/no real learning projects

bad for career growth if you are startup/midsize company mindset, expecting autonomy, bottom up style initiative, want to venture into anything complex not supportive, expect you to sale your proposal some politics/cult type culture, employees and PEs who choose to sideline you, give you critics in reviews rather than on face highly reactive to market/urgency and great at ignoring proactive bottom up advices
