      always stuff happening so not really boring lol

      Cons

      Managers have no experience, so many of them got jobs through friendship. They say 'Gymshark family' yet there is no family feel it is SO clique like. Their approach to mental health is saddening and awful. HR team aren't loads better than managers, lots of people leave due to mental health being worse whilst working here.

      Pros

      Gymshark really sticks to its core values. The people are awesome and great to work with. Excellent work-life balance.

      Cons

      As a UK-based company, working in the United States is tough sometimes. We often get information late from our UK partners. The company definitely needs to build out its US office more and add more vital job functions.
